Job Description
- Be responsible and accountable for setting and advancing the strategy of the departments in line with Company’s strategic plans and direction.
- Contribute to the overall leadership and management of the Company.
- Develop and sustain appropriate structures for management, consultation, decision-making, and communication with employees.
- Promote and represent the Company both internally and externally.
- Refresh and develop new programs in order to attract new employees and markets.
- Engender a culture of excellence, cooperation, and respect both within and beyond the department.
- Make effective use of all resources and seek opportunities for collaboration and joint working with others beyond the department and beyond the Company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ College degree in any field
- With at least two (2) years of working experience in the related field
- Has in-depth knowledge in creating business process program training course outline,
- Proficient in computer operations & other MS Office applications
- Required Skill(s): Strong verbal and written communication skills, Strong multitasking skills, Strong leadership skills
- Willing to work in a flexible schedule
