- Main role: TESOL Trainer (Every Saturdays)
- Secondary role: Communications Trainer (Tuesday-Friday)
Job Description
- Deliver material in an engaging and highly interactive manner by sharing ESL teaching experience and methodologies.
- Facilitate the learning environments by fostering dynamic class discussions.
- Enhance students’ mastery of subject matter and enrich their learning experience.
- Spark and develop interest in learning about Japanese culture.
- Train agents and officers using Communication and Soft Skills Materials.
- Conduct training needs analysis for identified language or soft skill opportunities.
- Aligns content and methodology according to standards and client specifications.
- Coordinate with Training Team for training needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Education
- Licensed Professional Teacher (LET Passer)
- With at least six (6) months teaching experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Relevant experience in ESL programs is a plus
- Familiarity with TESOL is a plus
- Ability to share practical teaching experience, examples & methodologies
- Energetic, dynamic, motivational and professional
- Willing to work in a flexible schedule
