Delivers multi tasks to assigned clients as a part of a virtual team including making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, setting appointments, or performing back office functions such as sales reports, tracking customer transactions or expenses.
- At least College level education or with equivalent skills diploma
- With or without BPO/ Call Center experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Has above average computer navigation skills
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Must be willing to work in a night shift (10PM-7AM)
